Danby DDW 1809W has 6 wash cycles programs: Normal, Intensive, Economy, Rinse, Rapid Wash and Soak. Each of these programs is for particular types of dishes, depending on how are dirty the courts.
Normal is a program for daily washing normally soiled dishes.
Intensive is a program for wash heavily dirty courts such as pots, pans and dishes with dried food that are must to washed at high temperatures.
